Elections.....
Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your interest in the exercising of my right to vote. I do realize the importance of voting for the upcoming municipal elections, and that said, of any electoral process in general since they are a true triumph of democratic procedures. Having said that, it fills me with regret to inform you I cannot participate to the elections, although I found all your programs very interesting.

To be fair, those manuals on how to vote are sent to every residence in the city, without being addressed to individuals. So they're not deliberately sending things to ineligible voters. This allows eligible voters who are not yet in the voter registry (like me) to know how to vote.
That being said, they could probably cut down on paper waste if they restricted their mailings somehow... Oh well, as long as you recycle it.
