Thursday's activities

I had my graduate seminar presentation today. I believe it went O.K. (I almost finished on time!)
So, overall, I have a basic analysis for the paper; the real trick, of course, is to justify that analysis in a way that it does not seem ad hoc.
In other news, this afternoon I went to my friend Pat's place, where she invited me for dinner. Again, the food was really yummy, and generally I had a good time, although things are getting even more confusing...
